Maintaining peace on the planet, directing the efforts of peoples to prevent the escalation of conflicts and eliminate the threat of international terrorism, jointly resolving economic, social and humanitarian problems, establishing the respect for human rights and freedoms are the key postulates of the UN activity, which have acquired a new meaning for Ukraine in the conditions of heroic resistance to prolonged Russian aggression.

Membership in the Organization, in the creation of which Ukraine is directly involved, provides unique opportunities for conducting a productive dialogue with other states, and is one of the priority areas of Ukrainian foreign policy. Gradually strengthening independence, our country is recognized as a reliable strategic partner in the security sphere. One of the areas of cooperation was the training of peacekeepers at our base under the mandate and certificate of the UN to perform civil police tasks in conflict zones.

Every year, with the support of the UN Department of Health and Safety, the structure of UN-Women and other authoritative institutions, practical trainings and quests relevant to the state take place in our institution with the participation of experts with international recognition, and this practice has a tendency to expand

Therefore, with faith in Victory, we sincerely wish the team of the UN Mission in Ukraine further increased efforts to implement the tasks in accordance with its Charter!
