NAIA representative takes part in Yalta European Strategy (YES)
19-09-2017On September 14-16, 2017 14th YES meeting was held in Kyiv under the title "Is This A New World? What Does It Mean For Ukraine?" This event has become an international forum for leading politicians diplomats, businessmen, civil activists and experts.
NAIA Master's program student Vladyslav Shkolnikov had a unique opportunity to participate in YES conference. The event's topics are usually focused on global issues - changes in the global geopolitical constellation and global economy with special attention paid to populism threats and cyber security. Also speakers debate on Ukraine's reforms, its perception in the EU, internal security and development perspectives.
More than 350 world leaders - John Kerry, Condoleezza Rice, David Cameron, Paul Krugman, Bernard-Henri Levy, Tony Blair and representatives of Ukrainian political establishment - President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko etc.
