On this topic, Kateryna Danchenko, the Head of the legal clinic of the Precarpathian Faculty (Ivano-Frankivsk) of the National Academy of Internal Affairs "Themis (Феміда)", organized a meeting with Ivan Nahorniak, Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, Candidate of Political Science, for the clinic’s consultants.

He acquainted the graduates with the data on monitoring the implementation of the action plan for the implementation of the Agreement. Information can be tracked on the website "Pulse of the Agreement", which reflects the gradual steps that Ukraine implements each year for successful European integration. Ivan Nahorniak also analyzed the work of the justice, freedom and security sector, which is responsible for the free movement of persons, cooperation in the field of migration, asylum and border management, protection of personal data, legal cooperation, fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, fight against crime and corruption, cooperation in the fight against terrorism, etc. The adviser noted that the list of mutual obligations of Ukraine and the EU in the field of justice, freedom and security is set out in the Association Agreement with the EU.

In addition, the participants discussed issues related to personal data security, features of cooperation with CyberEast, Sipol and other international organizations in the fight against crime in the field of electronic evidence and countering cybercrime with the Deputy Prime Minister's Adviser on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.
