According to the order of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine № 1986 on June 9, 2021, the title of Master of Sports of Ukraine was awarded to the 4th year cadet of the Educational and Scientific Institute № 3, Police Corporal Ilya Zhukovsky and to the 3rd year cadet, Police Corporal Mykola Palyvoda. Both are pupils of the Head Coach, Master of Sports of Ukraine, senior lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training, senior lieutenant of police Serhii Kozenko.

The path to the title was long, intense and dynamic. The title itself is a result of a systematic training, many boxing matches and awards. Both athletes are members of the national team of Ukraine in martial arts "combat self-defense ISO" and perform in the boxing section.

Master of Sports of Ukraine Ilya Zhukovsky has been involved in the boxing section since 2018, two-time winner of Ukrainian championships, champion of the All-Ukrainian tournament "Memory", winner and prize-winner of open tournaments and championships of Kyiv region and the city of Kyiv, winner of the open championship of the city of Kyiv among students in memory of V.G. Boguslavsky in boxing.

Master of Sports of Ukraine Mykola Palyvoda has been involved in boxing since 2019, two-time finalist of Ukrainian championships, champion of the All-Ukrainian tournament "Memory", winner and prize-winner of open tournaments and championships of Kyiv region and the city of Kyiv in martial arts "combat self-defense ISO".
