The President of Ukraine presented high state awards to the NAIA employees
12-07-2021During the celebration on the occasion of the National Police Day and the 100th anniversary of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, the President of Ukraine presented high state awards to certain police practices and employees of the Academy.
In particular, the following persons were awarded for significant personal contribution to the development of national education, training of highly qualified specialists, long-term fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, exemplary performance of official duties and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Academy:
Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise
– SHAKUN Vasyl, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law;
Order of Merit of the III Degree
– SERBYN Ruslan, Vice-Rector, Police Colonel;
Order of Princess Olga of the III Degree
– STRILETS Maria, a leading researcher at the Museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
– UDALOVA Larysa, Director of the Institute of Leading Personnel Training and Advanced Training, Police Colonel;
Medal "For Impeccable Service" of the III Degree
– LYASHUK Andriy, Deputy Dean of the Precarpathian Faculty (Ivano-Frankivsk), Lieutenant Colonel of Police;
– MINCHENKO Oleksandr, the Chief of Department of Motor Transport, Lieutenant Colonel of Police;
– SAKOVSKYI Andrii, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute, Lieutenant Colonel of Police;
– ANDREYEV Dmytro, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute;
– SUSCHENKO Victor, Chief Researcher of the Scientific Laboratory of the Educational and Scientific Institute.
In addition, some employees were awarded with honorary titles:

– GRIBOV Mykhailo, Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities;
– TARAN Olena, Leading Researcher of the Scientific Laboratory of The Educational and Scientific Institute №1.

After the award ceremony, Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the performance of special tasks with the participation of KORD police and aviation. The President inspected the equipment and facilities of the National Police and got acquainted with the updated infrastructure and the new state-of-the-art training complex at the main suburban location of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.
