Strengthening the implementation of European Human Rights Standards in Ukraine
02-10-2017Under Programmatic Co-operation Framework between the European Union and the Council of Europe 4-day ToT practical seminar for HELP ”Strengthening the implementation of European Human Rights Standards in Ukraine” was held in Odessa (September 25-28).
National Academy of Internal Affairs was presented by Head of Human Rights and Constitutional Law Department Bohdan Kalynovskyi and Associate Professor of Human Rights and Constitutional Law Department Tetiana Kulyk. The European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) supports the Council of Europe member states in implementing the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) at the national level. Participants were familiarized with HELP educational web-platform, Moodle course development and best training practices and techniques.
Successful completion of individual tasks will allow Ukrainian experts to be granted with HELP trainer status.
