Seminar-meeting with the participation of heads of the Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
10-07-2019On July 9, at the National Academy of Internal Affairs, a seminar with the participation of representatives of the Department of Personnel, the Organization of Educational and Scientific Activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the heads of the Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was held.
Within the framework of the event, the issues of admission campaign, state certification of initial training for police officers, training for community police officers, obtaining permits for shooting range, ensuring public safety and order during the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine were analyzed.
The meeting was opened by the Director of the Department of Personnel, Educational and Research Organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Hennadii Doskevych, who proved to the participants the features of the admission campaign in 2019, noting the need for timely submission of information on registered applicants. The issues of accreditation of Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, adherence to the principles of gender equality among entrants and cadets were also considered.
The rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, Volodymyr Cherniei, focused on attracting the personnel to ensure public safety and order during the preparation for the extraordinary parliamentary elections.
For all issues discussed at the seminar-meeting, the directions of their further implementation are outlined.
