On November 12, an unscheduled conference was held on the basis of the Central Council of the "Dynamo" Sports Association of Ukraine.

Delegates from various structural divisions of law enforcement agencies of the capital arrived to the event. The event has been visited by world sports stars, members of the board of the mentioned organization, including: First Deputy Chairman of physical culture and sports association "Dynamo" of Ukraine Victor Korzh, First Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City Organization of the physical culture and sports association "Dynamo" of Ukraine Igor Panin, Director of the Department of Youth and Sports of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) Yulia Khan. Vice-rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Ruslan Serbyn, has also visited at the conference as a member of the organization's board.

The main issue on the agenda was the election of the head of the Kyiv City organization physical culture and sports association "Dynamo" of Ukraine. The leadership was given the head of the Directorate General of the National Police in Kyiv, General of Police of the third rank Ivan Vyhivsky.

The event allowed its participants to consider the organization's work on the implementation of statutory tasks at the present stage, to select delegates to the Unscheduled All-Ukrainian Conference "Dynamo" of Ukraine, as well as to award prizewinners of the complex competition "Dynamiada 2020" among law enforcement teams of Kyiv.

During this year there was a tense struggle between different sport teams of law enforcement agencies of the capital. Athletes have made every effort to ensure maximum results for their team. They competed in such sports as swimming, tug-of-war, sport fishing, chess, mini-football, small arms shooting, practical shooting, track and field cross.

Following the results of the year the third place in the complex competition "Dynamiada-2020" was taken by the team of the Directorate General of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv, the second place was won by the team of the Directorate General of the National Police in Kyiv and the champion of the 2020 season was the National Academy of Internal Affairs.
