17-07-2017Today NAIA opened its doors for the participants of international seminar organized by Hanns Seidel Foundation Office in Ukraine. Two Bavarian experts - - were invited to familiarize their Ukrainian colleagues with the key aspects of recruitment and selection process in Bavaria.
Ukrainian police officers will have an opportunity to compare both systems, evaluate its efficiency and discuss any controversial issues. All vocational guidance materials presented by German experts will be contributed to updated selection programs of MIA of Ukraine.
Rector Volodymyr Cherniei noted that foreign experience allows to increase the quality and dynamics of current reforms aimed at provision of solid academic background and promotion of lifelong learning among future law enforcement officers who dedicated their lives to the community combined with strong motivation and professionalism.
