Basic objectives:
- registration of documents coming to the National Academy of Internal Affairs from the President's Secretariat of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central bodies of the executive power, deputies of all levels, organizations, written applications of citizens and performing them;
- organization of receiving office work of the National Academy of Internal Affairs;
- realization of monitoring the secrecy order observance by structural subdivisions of the Academy, the set order of office work conducting, and consideration of suggestions, applications, complaints from citizens;
- registering of administrative documents of the Academy, sending them to subordinate subdivisions.
