Specialized Academic Council D 26.007.04 operates according to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Order № 1413 of October 24, 2017. The Council takes into consideration and conducts scientific debates of theses for the degree of Doctor (Candidate) of/in Law in the fields:
12.00.01 - Theory and History of the State and the Law; History of Political and Legal Studies;
12.00.02 - Constitutional Law; Municipal Law;
12.00.03 - Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Family Law, Private International Law.
Head of the Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Law, Professor Stanislav Dmytrovych Husariev, National Academy of Internal Affairs, First Vice-Rector.
Deputy of the Head of Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Law, Professor Svitlana Serhiyivna Bychkova, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Head of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Academic Council – Candidate of Law, Docent Svitlana Anatoliivna Pylypenko, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
The term of office of the Specialized Scientific Council is until October 24, 2020.
