Working visit to Strasbourg
26-06-2017Delegation of National Academy of Internal Affairs headed by Rector Volodymyr Cherniei paid a visit to Council of Europe (Strasbourg, France).
First day was opened with colloquium on the role of media actors in confronting terrorism.
NAIA delegates also had an opportunity to discuss the scheduled subjects with CoU representatives – Toomas Sillaste, Head of Section of the Department for the Execution of the European Court of Human Rights Judgments, Tigran Karapetyan, Head of Eastern Partnership and Russian Federation Unit, Human Rights National Implementation Division, Shahin Abbasov, manager of the Council of Europe “Strengthening Freedom of Media and Establishing Public Broadcasting System in Ukraine” project and Dmytro Kuleba, Permanent Representative of Ukraine in the Council of Europe.
